We are located in the New Forest National Park and easily accessible and just a few minutes from the M27
We have 14 acres of parkland grounds for guest to explore and enjoy at their leisure.
Central to our grounds is a lake where we have Swans, Moorhen’s and Ducks, as well as a variety of visiting birds which have ranged from Mandrin Ducks, Canadian Geese, Black Swans and Herons.
There are a small number of Roe Deer who have also made Cadnam Lodge their home

Rose Cottage is designed for two adults; whereas Bumblebee Cottage sleeps up to 4
You are more than welcome to bring a well behaved dog, however we do ask that they are kept on a lead whilst on our grounds as we do have lots of animals around the estate.
In Rose Cottage there is a utility room with a washer dryer for your use; however as Bumblebee Cottage is designed for shorter stays there isn’t a washing machine
Rose Cottage has a large fully fitted kitchen with an oven, hob and mirco-wave. There is also a full size fridge freezer. There is a 6-seat dining table. Bumblebee Cottage is smaller and has a kitchenette
We have plenty onsite parking at Cadnam Lodge
We don’t have a designated charging point, however owners are allowed to bring their own charger to plug in over night and we make a nominal charge of £20 per charge to cover our electricity costs
The gardens and lake are here for your enjoyment, if you have a dog, then we would ask that the dog is kept on a lead as we have a lot of wildlife around the grounds and on the lake.
Yes of course, the tennis courts are available for your use and included in your stay.
Your are more than welcome to have guests visit you whilst you are staying during the day.
Due to insurance we are only permitted to have the named guests stay over night.
